Wasser's Exclusive Furniture and Interiors is now in the hands of third-generation grandchildren, Josh Wasser and Jaime Wasser-Hack and second generation Alan Wasser. Starting in Scranton, Pa, it was founded as Lee Furniture after their grandfather, Leon Wasser, escaped Nazi Germany on downtown Lackawanna Ave in the 1960's. Passed on to his son Alan Wasser and then transformed and re-inspired by Josh and Jaime, it is now located in South Florida. Wasser's highlights what's still great about buying from a brick and mortar family business.
