Liberty owns and operates regulated water, wastewater, natural gas and electric utilities. We provide local utility management, service, and support to small and mid-sized communities across the United States. We care about the quality of the local service we deliver. In Massena, Liberty was incorporated in 1957. Since inception, we have installed more than 572 miles of gas main and service lines within a NY service territory of approximately 785 miles. The Company serves the cities, towns and/or villages of Beaver Falls, Canton, Croghan, Gouverneur, Heuvelton, Lisbon, Madrid, Massena, New Bremen, Norfolk , Norwood, Ogdensburg, Potsdam, Raymondville, and Waddington. The Company's distribution rates for residential service have been the lowest in New York State for more than eight consecutive years.
