The Association offers 3 Yearly Membership Types: 1. Builder - Must be a Licensed Contractor with the State of NC. Yearly Due: $490.00 2. Associate - Do not have to be a licensed contractor but your business supports the building industry. Yearly Due: $490.00 3. Affiliate - Your company must already be a Builder or Associate Member of the Association, then other employees of this same company can join. Yearly Due: $150.00 It is a 3 in 1 Membership as you become a member of the Local Association (High Country Home Builders Association), a member of North Carolina Home Builders Association (NCHBA) and a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
