Twin Oaks Park

Knee-Hi Properties, LLC purchased this 19 acre mobile home park March 2016. Our primary focus has been to renovate and improve this property. It is now a beautiful, peaceful property ready for great homes and great tenants! Twin Oaks Park is located inside Jasper City Limits. Our park is zoned for Jasper City Schools. We are located minutes away from Jasper City's Business District. We screen each potential tenant with background and credit checks. We also screen each potential home considered for our park. We allow new and used Manufactured Homes, Tiny Homes as well as some campers. Our main objective and goal for our park is for our tenants to have a nice, safe, well maintained place to live that we can be proud to be a part of. We have a zero tolerance for illegal activity and it will not be tolerated. Our park is very well maintained and we are looking for tenants that share our integrity and our pride in what we feel God has blessed us with.
