My prices place it per hour; However, 98% of the families to whom I provide my cleaning services do so as a Flat Rate and the first cleaning I place a 20% surcharge on the basis and the routine price will depend on the tasks to be performed, the size of the your home and how often it is cleaned. I have a company registered in the state of Oregon, we have insurance and we place all the supplies.
