I'm a health coach and I work with women who are struggling to lose weight during menopause. I help them feel hopeful about their future, comfortable in their own skin and with embracing the woman they are becoming. I’m a mother who put her family before herself, went into perimenopause at a very early age, who became unhealthy and gained a LOT weight as a result. I tried the Keto diet, the Diabetic Diet, The DASH Diet, Paleo Diet, MediFast, Optivia, went to a nutritionist, you name the diet, I purchased and tried it. While struggling to lose weight I became a widow so I’ve had my issues with grief, loneliness, eating for comfort, binge eating, depression, and not sleeping. I’ve been there, done that, learned more about me, and now I’m healthy, losing the last of the weight, and feel FABULOUS thanks to my Signature 90 Days To A Lighter You In Spite of Menopause Program!
