We are a privately owned vacation rental and property management company, operating in Park and Summit and Chaffee Counties. We currently have over 40 privately owned vacation homes that we rent out short-term for vacationers. We provide advertising on over 60 websites as well as our own site, advertising to get short-term rentals for the individual homeowners. We are a full service property management company providing care for homes: including checking the home at least once per week during the winter and twice a month in the warmer months, hot tub care, light maintenance, overseeing contractors, readying the home for rentals, cleaning of the home after rentals. We handle getting the home rented and take care of the guest while they are here. We are member of the Better Business Bureau and have been in business in the area for over 12 years.
