Rose Wellness

We are an inclusive group therapy practice in Santa Barbara/ Goleta that focuses on connection with our clients in authentic ways and tailoring goals specifically to each client's individual needs. We pride ourselves in being able to understand our clients in their unique identities in a non judgmental way. Some areas of focus for us are; LGBTQ mental health, cultural identity exploration, anxiety, relationship issues, depression and PTSD. We work with teens , families, couples , and adult individuals ready to improve their mental health . You can browse our website and find the therapist that you feel would be the best fit for you! We believe that good life changing therapy happens within a safe container with someone you can trust and rely on. We have committed to taking insurances at our practice as part of our mission to make therapy as accessible and affordable as possible. If we do not take your insurance, we are happy to give you a superbill so you can try to get reimbursed for part of your costs! We offer in person services as well as remote telehealth therapy all over the state of California.
