As an ASHI Certified Inspector and NAAHI (formally known as NSHI), I have inspected well over 1,000 homes. I also graduated from PHII with 120-course hours and also from ICA with 120-course hours. With ASHI I am also required to complete 20 hours of continual educations and NSHI requires 8 hours of continuing education. I have not only passed the FABI exam but also the NHIE. Having being in the home remodeling business, flipping homes, and buying and selling as a Real Estate agent for over 30 years and in the home inspection business for over 18 years, I have a better understanding of the home inspection process than most.
