Your Rinse Valet will stop by between 8pm and 10pm with everything you need to get started - even your own, personalized Rinse bags. Just fill 'em up and confirm your delivery date and cleaning preferences with your Valet. If you have special requests or questions, you can reach our Customer Care team via text (746-73) or email anytime between 8am and 11pm PT, 7 days a week.
