Resilience Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy

At the Resilience Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy (RBJJ), we teach the grappling-based martial art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) for kids and adults. We offer discounts for multiple family members, law enforcement, fire, and military. We have several classes to choose from, such as: • Tiny Tots BJJ program for younger children ages 3 ½ - 5 years old. The Tiny Tots BJJ class is taught once a week on Mondays from 5:30 - 6:20 PM. • Kids Fundamentals BJJ class for kids ages 6 – 15 years old. The kids class is taught four days a week, Monday - Thursday from 5:30 - 6:30 PM. • Adults All-Level BJJ class for ages 16 years old and above. This class is taught four days a week with one morning class. The classes are Monday - Thursday from 6:45 - 8:00 PM and Monday morning from 8:00 - 9:15 AM. • Adults Fundamentals BJJ class for ages 16 years old and above. This class is taught once a week on Sundays from 6:45 - 8:15 PM. • Adults No-Gi Self-Defense class for ages 16 years old and above is taught once a week on Fridays from 6:00 - 7:00 PM. There are four classes on Saturday mornings. If interested please ask for more information on these classes as there are requirements to be able to attend. The Saturday classes are as follows: • Adults No-Gi class. Saturdays 7:00 - 8:00 AM. • Adults and Kids Competition class. Saturdays 8:00 - 9:00 AM. • Adults Intermediate Level BJJ class. Saturdays 9:00 - 10:00 AM. • Adult and Kids Open Mat BJJ class. Saturdays 10:00 - 11:00 AM.
