Now under new management. As a premier health club facility we have a large variety of equipment and functional training space. We also carry an extensive group exercise schedule that is tuned to fit around any work schedule and has over 45 classes. Some of these include Tabata, Aquacycling, Pound and Cycling! In our facility we house a CrossFit training room, cycling studio, 2 basketball leagues, personal training and swim lessons. We also host birthday parties with our pool!
