We perform all inspections as a two-man team, I have an assistant and we work together to give you a better inspection experience as well as spend less time on site and generate the reports in a more timely manner. I am a Certified Master Inspector, residential buyers inspections include a 90 day warranty, I check appliances for safety recalls. I provide top notch inspections with detailed reports, including big color photos, that are published the same day.
