Most of our customers have bought from us before and have returned because they enjoy doing business with us. All of our sales staff were floor technicians in the past. They know floors and can help our customers make better choices in floor coverings. We will stand by our products and our installation. If you have a problem, we will not give you a telephone number for the complaint department. We will personally resolve any problem you have with your new flooring product. Customer satisfaction is our priority. When we give an estimate, which is always free, it is the total cost of the job. We do not have hidden charges nor do we nickel and dime you with added cost which are not included in the cost per square foot of floor covering or the installation.
