What to Expect When your technician arrives he will assess what you need to have repaired or installed. When repairs are required we will evaluate your system to try and identify the most common culprits. There is no charge for this minor evaluation, this gives us the ability to pinpoint exactly what services need to be presented. However, sometimes we don't have a clue what has happened. In those situations we may need to perform a system diagnostics or troubleshoot. Your Technician will share the cost associated with performing a diagnostic and get your approval before any diagnostics are performed. If you didn't approve the price beforehand, you don't pay!
