Exterior Painting: All surfaces will be power washed, scraped, sanded, caulked, primed, and covered with exterior paint or stain. Drop cloths and plastic tarps will be used to protect property, plants, bushes, and to keep the paint chips quarantined. Gutter Cleaning: The entire length of every gutter will be checked and cleared of all debris. All downspouts will be checked and unclogged. The waste from the gutter will be put into a bucket during debris removal, keeping the property clean and tidy.
