Oahu Tub specializes in reglazing and restoration of hard surfaces and fixtures including bathtubs, tile, shower enclosures, cultured marble and composite wall surrounds. Other specialties include glass polishing/restoration and Corian/Solid Surface restoration. We specialize in finding the right solution for each specific fixture and client. Owner-occupants, landlords, and investors/sellers often have very different objectives and a process best suited for one group may not be equally suited to other groups. Similarly, not all fixtures are the same. For example, some exceedingly nasty and apparently disgusting bathtubs can sometimes be restored to as-new condition without reglazing, thus preserving the original factory finish. Likewise an extremely clean but dull tub may have permanently lost its factory shine necessitating reglazing to restore a smooth easy-to-clean surface. We examine all factors in recommending a course of action to clients.
