Nook n Kranny Home Inspection

Our home inspections take between 2-3 hours depending on the size of the house. We will be inspecting your house from top to bottom. We are licensed in both Kansas and Missouri to do state certified Termite Inspections. Other tests we provide are Radon tests, which we do with a professional computerized monitor that runs over a 48 hour period and can be read immediately after the test is finished. Our machine can also detect if it has been tampered with or moved during the test so that the client will feel confident that the test is reflecting an accurate Radon gas reading. We are also certified to test for mold. We perform both air and surface mold tests.
