Morro Bay martial arts

We offer mixed martial arts - self-defense - tai chi and Qi gong with kickboxing and judo jujitsu, for ages 5 & up, from beginner to advanced levels. This school is different because I retired to the central coast from running some of the top gyms in the country, and competing internationally, writing curriculum & teaching for the Department of Defense, I decided to open up a special "school of technique" here on the Central Coast in Morro Bay. I offered jujitsu and kickboxing classes as well as mixed martial arts. I was kickboxer of the year, and I was also jujitsu instructor of the year, and I have competed internationally. My grandfather and mother were black belts in Judo. With my knowledge of training teaching and competing, I have a unique approach to self-defense and mixed martial arts. I believe the most amazing class I have though is my tai chi and Qi gong class. It's a special deep breathing and moving meditation. I will show you in one class all you need if you never take another class again. We also offer lectures and seminars with health and lifestyle coaching that gives you an accountability partner to accomplish your goals. First class is free!
