I am trained with a Cognitive Behavioral focus as well as in trauma and grief. I am able to work with those that suffer from depression, anxiety, bipolar, behavior, self-esteem, motivation, substance abuse, and trauma concerns. I take a very holistic and down-to-earth approach in working with my clients. In utilizing a variety of treatment approaches I strive to help individuals and families regain a sense of calm, focus and relief.
