Monster Martial Arts

All of our coaches are professional or active fighters and some are world renown! A multidisciplinary approach makes you a better and well-rounded fighter that can adapt to any kind of combat situation. By going to karate classes, you can receive training in a traditional art. We also offer kick boxing lessons. Learning these lay down an exceptional foundation for your martial arts training. We also have a cage to practice MMA and we have multiple heavy bag stations, a recreation area and a classroom/meeting room. With over 60 years of combined experience the instructors at Monster walk you through step by step to your fitness, weight loss or competition goals. We offer classes in: Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, American Kenpo, Isshin-Ryu, Wrestling, Krav Maga and Sport Karate. We are open 7 days a week with classes daily. We also offer both morning and night classes as well as an after school program and summer camp for kids that are interested in being part of our kids martial arts. We also provide after school pick-up, retail, self defense equipment, & apparel, and classes for beginners, intermediate, amateur fighters, and professional fighter.
