Hi, my name is Cory I'm the Owner and Founder of Mississippi Premier Inspections LLC. Some of our core foundational principles are being Honest, Upfront and Real about your inspection and the process. Never, have I experienced a home buyer or seller say "YES. It's home inspection day. This is my favorite part.". No, instead most home buyers and seller have been through the "Home Buying/selling Gauntlet", with sanity barely still in tact and now they have to pay a fee to have some guy or gal to come tell them what's wrong with the investment they are about to make.... Sound familiar? I thought it might. I'll be fair though....there are some Real-estate transactions that DO go smoothly and that's awesome. However, this is not the case the majority of the time.
