Site Clearing, Grading, and Excavation. As a locally owned dock builder, we are familiar with the various shorelines throughout the area. With almost 40 years of experience we can handle it all. We have the knowledge and training to complete every job to perfection, no matter how big or small and always up to code. We make sure to complete all necessary permitting documents for Duke Energy and the NC Dept.of Natural Resources/Water Division, as well as all County Permitting Documents.
