Lindsey’s Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching

Hi, I am Lindsey! I am a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who helps women who want to stop dieting and create healthy relationships with food, exercise and stress so they can lead happy and healthy lives. My education through the Nutritional Therapy Association gave me a tremendous amount of knowledge about the body and the best ways to support it, but I knew there was another piece to the puzzle. I needed to dive deep into the "why" behind my clients' eating habits and establish trust within before anything could actually change. This lead me to working with women to not only support their bodies from a holistic nutrition standpoint but be able to work through their struggles with food and body image.
