Lil’munchkins Child Care Center and Preschool

Lil' Munchkins Child Care Center and Preschool was established in 1989 to offer affordable child care to families in and around the South Shore area. We are open Monday through Friday from 7am-6pm, in order to accommodate the working parents' schedule. Lil' Munchkins strives to create an environment in which children between the ages of eight weeks and six years can grow socially, physically, emotionally, and cognitively. Our Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-Kindergarten Programs encourage children to discover and explore the world around them through a variety of age appropriate activities and choices. Our program provides children with the opportunity to learn at their own pace. We believe that developmentally age appropriate equipment and hands-on activities build a strong foundation for growth and learning in early childhood. We encourage children to exercise self-control, to learn through self-directed activities, and to become independent and responsible. Children are allowed to make their own choices when discovering and exploring their new and exciting environment.
