Lake City Restoration cares about you as a customer. You deserve a great customer experience before, during, and after any remodeling project. It's important that our clients feel at home in their own space during the time we're working together. We're committed to ensuring you have easy access to your home or business. As guests in your home, we know the importance of being kind, courteous, and professional. We have completed projects as large as 20,000 ft.² and as small as a half a day worth of work, there's no job too large or too small. Every job requires a degree of ingenuity. At the start of every project I will meet will my customer for a free estimate, this will require as little as 15 minutes or I have spent as much as four hours with a customer for this first meeting. Every project is different but every site visit for the estimate will create a new relationship between my customer and myself. You will not meet with my project manager or one of our site Forman's during the initial estimate, as the business owner I handle every one of these meetings personally. We look forward to building relationships with our new customers and we appreciate every time one of our long-standing customers invites us back into their homes or business.
