Our certified trainers collaborate each month in advance, taking into consideration each athletes' individual needs, before designing the workouts for the month. This not only ensures safe and effective workout program design, but also as close to a personalized exercise plan as you'll get in a group class setting. To round out your fitness routine, each membership plan also includes access to a variety of workshops which cover various fitness related disciplines such as yoga, boxing, and weightlifting. Finally, to help keep you on track and to show you that everything is working, we use state of the art technology to measure and analyze body fat and muscle composition.
