Karuna Nutrition & Movement

Karuna: Nutrition + Movement is a mind-body practice that currently provides one-on-one nutrition counseling for families and individuals, children and adults. Our mission is to help client build or re-build a positive relationship with delicious food and bring the fun back to eating while improving health and well-being! Our nutrition appointments are lead by board certified Registered Dietitians and visits are covered by most insurance plans. Coming in early 2019, we will be moving into a new, expanded studio that also offers movement and cooking classes based on our philosophy of self-compassion.
