I will take as much time as I need without rushing, to inspect all systems of the house from top to bottom and inside out, following the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.
After the inspection, I will provide you with an easy to read, comprehensive report with detailed descriptions and high resolution digital photos of any issues I have discovered. This report will be emailed to you the same day of the Inspection!

Since COVID-19 happened, I implemented special safety measures during my inspections:
1. In addition to asking the seller not to be present at the time of inspection,
I wear - a facial mask, and

inside the home to give the seller Peace of Mind about me touching anything.
2. If the home buyer prefers not to be present during the inspection,
I offer - to use FaceTime (or a different online tool) to walk through the house and show them what I found after the inspection.
