Ignite Your Sparks Coaching provides a range of life coaching experiences from making decisions about a next job or a career shift to leveraging your strengths in your work or personal relationships. This is about YOU claiming who you are and living your values! Ignite Your Sparks specializes in coaching self-advocacy skills for young adults and adults mid-life who are living with ADD/ ADHD and/or facing big life transitions such as finishing school, moving, relationship conflicts and negotiations, breakups, divorce, becoming a parent and adjusting to new phases as a parent, having your child leave for college, adapting to an illness or new diagnosis, and facing significant care-taking responsibilities on both ends (caring for children and older parents). Together, I will help you navigate changes in your life and align your values with your actions as you choose your own path of work-life integrity and freedom.
