House Whisperer Home Inspections LLC provides a full-service home inspection experience that is tough to match. It is a local Hudson Valley, family owned and operated business that dedicates 100% of its time to home inspections. I am a fully insured, licensed New York State and Connecticut Home Inspector, a certified member in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). I am very passionate about home inspections and continually strive to be the best by attaining continuing education in my field well beyond what is required by NYS, CT, InterNACHI and ASHI. I work exclusively for you, the client. I will never rush you through an inspection and will do my very best to inspect every nook and cranny of your new home as if I am purchasing it for my own family. I am not afraid to get dirty and inspect the dark, dingy crawlspaces, hot, dusty attics and walk upon most roofs. I will provide you with a clear, easy to read, photo-driven report, with an average of over 200 photos and illustrations per report. Although I abide by the NYS, CT and InterNACHI Standards Of Practice, my inspections go above and beyond the minimum requirements, right down to squeaky floors and loose door knobs.
