Mary Anne takes the time to walk each client through every system of the home. This takes a lot of time and communicating this information is through walking them through issues, providing a written report that you leave with at the end of the inspection and sending you pictures of issues that are either unsafe or not working properly so that this information can be easily communicated to your agent. First time home buyers have always been our favorite because they want to learn so much about the house. We have recently seen a change in how are clients find us, because we have been around so long, we now work with a lot of purchasers that are buying again (or who's children are buying homes) and call us back to help them, once again, make an informed decision.
