Your Certified Professional Inspector is licensed and insured and will have extensive field as well as class room training. In addition to the requirements for state licensing our inspectors must complete an additional extensive training regimen to qualify for the Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) designation. Education is just the beginning of being a quality home inspector. Practical experience and a customer first attitude are required to be a Hawley Home Inspection employee. We strive to have all of the inspections performed at the same time. A written report will be sent to you and your real estate agent via e-mail so both of you will have an electronic copy to forward to lenders, insurance companies or others that may request it. Our reports are your property and will not be shared with anyone with out your written permission. In addition to the written reports you will receive a flash drive containing all of the pictures taken at the inspection.
