HAC a community based gym in Tulsa, OK. HAC is a owned by a Tulsa native and offers a wide variety of services to the public! HAC athletics boasts a full weight room, boxing ring, and professional trainers. The gym is fully equipped with training gear, so there is no need to worry about what to bring other than yourself! No matter what your personal goals are HAC has the means to help you achieve your goals! There are group classes, one on one training, boxing training and classes. Strength training is very similar to physical therapy and can help train and strengthen your muscles all around your body. Group classes are like one on one sessions but with a community that will help support and build you up. There is one on one boxing training and there are also classes to join in to have fun and train with others!
