The foundation of this company was built on family. Caleb started his carpentry career as a young teen working with his dad on remodeling jobs while attending high school. After high school, he enlisted in the Air Force where he spent 8 years developing leadership skills with an emphasis on attention to detail. Since then Caleb has worked with a few trade craftsmen learning a wide range of skills from residential, restoration, as well as commercial construction. He recognized a need in the industry for better communication and transparency between the contractor and client, so he set out to build a company to fill this gap in the industry and give clients the highest level of service.
