Our menu varies with the seasons, highlighting the freshest vegetables, herbs, fruits and meats from certified organic farms, our own farm and other local growers. Fish, chicken and beef are fresh and all natural, meaning minimal processing and no hormones, fillers or color. Foods are hickory grilled or sautéed in heart-healthy oils. Chefs cut corn from the cob, slice fresh tomatoes and peel peaches as diners watch from the chefs counter. Breads are baked fresh daily at the Cafe.
