Fuse Fitness & Performance

At Fuse Fitness & Performance we specialize in making personalized personal training and performance training programs. We take the personalization into our small group training and boot camp classes. No matter where you are starting in your fitness journey we will help you get to your fitness , performance and weight loss goals. We take a holistic approach to fitness and weight loss by using your individual health history and goals to make a realistic plan to achieve those goals. Also, we work with Physical Therapists and Sports Medicine Dr's closely to get you back proper, pain free, functional movement. Coming soon is FUSE Boxing club! We will be teaching proper punching technique so you can get the most out of it without nagging hand, wrist and elbow injuries.
