At Funktionhouse Urban Lumber & Furnishings, owners Robert & Zoë Bocik create one-of-a-kind quality furnishings and supply exotic slabs and lumber, using urban trees from our St. Petersburg, FL neighborhoods. We partner with area arborists, home-owners and municipalities—having trees delivered to our on-site milling yard that otherwise would have been mulched, burned or become landfill. Hands-on with every step of the process; our love for fine wood and passion for the environment is translated into beautiful, elegant furnishings, lighting and décor designs. We showcase incredible figure and colors of urban lumber, utilize artistic and time-tested builds, and complete each project with natural finishes— letting the wood “speak for itself”. We are located in the heart of the Warehouse Arts District, St. Petersburg, with an open gallery, lumber shop and milling yard.
