We are a professional construction company that offers our customers a process which makes for a successful experience when someone makes a significant investment into their home. Everyone on our team are actual employees of the company, not independent subcontractors. They are all covered by workers compensation insurance and have employee benefits. Everyone on the team is required to submit to random drug testing, receive full criminal background checks and must have Act 34 Clearances to work around children. There is a level of comfort with our clients' right from the beginning since most people will be at work while we are working in their homes and when their children come home from school. These processes don't make us the cheapest company, but we are selling the experience and process of a professional organization. Most of our Lead Carpenters have been with us for over 10 years and are instrumental in helping our clients feel more comfortable with the construction experience.
