Families Together of Orange County Community Health Center is dedicated to assisting the community in overcoming obstacles to staying healthy. Our services span medical, dental, vision and behavioral health. Medical services include: Family Practice/ Internal Medicine, OB-GYN, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Nephrology, X-Rays, Lab Draws, Prescription Fills, Group Medical Classes: Cooking and exercise activities. Dental services include: General Dentistry, Licensed Oral Hygienists, Orthodontics, Fillings, Bridges, Implants, Cleanings and more. Vision services include: Optometrist, Lens Correction, Vision Accessories and Eye Exams. Behavioral health services include: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, individual, family and group therapy, MAT Program. Extras include: Registered Dietician (Nutritional Counseling), Occupational Therapist and Free Transportation from home to appointments for all patients. Saturdays by appointment only.
