Excel Home Inspection

We work for you, the buyer. Our goal is to assess a house as someone who would actually live there, to look at every part of the house and say "How will this be used every day?" We do not charge by the hour, only by the job to ensure you get a thorough inspection to help you make the best home buying decision. We are committed to your satisfaction, and will perform all home inspections as if you are family. Our inspectors will inspect all aspects of the home, including electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, kitchen, and the roof. The inspection is completed with the same care and attention to detail we would want for our own home. You are treated like family. You are welcome to walk with us for the inspection, and ask any questions you might have. At the end, we will sit down and discuss our findings, and our recommendation to what needs to be fixed before purchasing. You will be provided with a book of all findings and recommendations. We also offer Pre-Inspections if you are thinking of listing your home. This can be so important, as you are able to learn and fix any potential issues before you go to a realtor. Doing this make your home more sellable as there will be nothing wrong. We are available for inspections on Sundays on occasion.
