Our cleaning technicians follow a very detailed checklist that varies by the type of clean that is requested. They also do their best to follow any special client's requests. When a client books online or via the phone, they are sent an invite into our customer portal, and several automated reminders of the upcoming service. The office staff is quick in communication via call, text, email, and yelp during office hours (daily 8AM-9PM).
