Dave Gauthier and Jon Day started CIA LLC in 1999 with the notion of bringing our vision to a new level. (Level up!) After 20 years of going it alone, we knew we could be more unique and helpful to customers if we came together. Although we are completely different people, we work together like magic. Opposites attract! Now, CIA LLC and "Dave and Jon" can be used interchangeably. To us, that's a compliment. Many of our customers have been with us for years and consider us family. And we treat them as such. (We're still invited to Xmas, right?) We do it all: water damage repairs, siding, framing, drywall, historic restoration, mold remediation, carpentry, flooring, painting, window replacement, architectural design, landscaping ... OK, let's just say "all phases of home improvement." We are currently focused on sill, post, and beam replacements. They're complicated and dangerous areas of home improvement, and we have a knack for it.
