One of our more popular classes is our Women's self defense workshops. This 3 hour workshop is designed to teach women the essentials of defending themselves against 10 most common attacks that can occur. We focus an teaching the ability to defend one's self without needing to take further classes. We even show you how to use your cellphone as a weapon in defense! Additionally, we have special needs martial arts classes for children with autism or other special needs. Not only that, we offer a free kid's wrestling class!
