Center for Dental Medicine & Reconstruction (CDMR) is a multi-specialty oriented dental practice encompassing prosthodontics, periodontics, dental implants, and restorative dentistry with an emphasis on rehabilitating, replacing, restoring, and/or improving loss of dental health, function, and esthetics. Our practice model encompasses a small scale, boutique dental office that stress on patient focused, quality driven comprehensive and complex care management through close collaboration of in-house restorative and surgical specialists to maximize communication and enhance the patient experience. We provide simple to complex procedures such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, teeth whitening, Invisalign, cosmetic/functional reconstruction, complex periodontal therapy, bone regeneration, sinus elevation procedures, and implant surgery and restoration. The practice utilizes modern and state-of-the-art equipment to promote patient comfort, treatment quality, and accuracy.
