Casa di Vita has been staging homes in the Bay Area since 2000, working with Realtors & Sellers to help prepare their property to look its best. We stage from top to bottom using our furniture, accessories, & art. We consult with homeowners on paint colors & any cosmetic changes they may be considering that will help to spruce up their home without breaking the bank. We can also project manage any work being done on the property to get it ready. Our contracts are generally 2 months with an option to extend if needed & we deliver quality service at competitive rates. Our goal is to make your home or listing looks its absolute best, increase your marketability with great pictures of furnished rooms for the internet & print ads & to entice as many buyers as possible to preview your property & write an offer.
