We're ready to serve YOU! Dean Burns opened the first Captain Clean facility in 1973 in Stockport, Iowa. His son, Rod Burns, opened a second facility in Ottumwa, Iowa, in 1994. Captain Clean serves all of Southeast Iowa and is certified by the Institute of Inspections, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification. Captain Clean is also a member of the Restoration Industry Association.
