I have 35 years exp so when I come to your yard I will lnow the answers to your questions. We use very high quality materials and warranty all workmanship and materials for 5 years. There is 50 year warranty on standard siding and floorimg. The floor joist are 1 foot on center and run perpendicular to 4x4s. The wider tje building the more 4x4s. The walls and rafters are 16 inches on center. I do not have a store or salez lot that allows me to be competitive in pricing.
