It's good to know people who know. We began providing superior service to home buyers and sellers when our doors opened in 1986 in Seymour as South Central Realty. Cheryl and Lonn Stuckwish created a reputation of quality, integrity and the highest standards of business ethics. In 1987 they purchased a Coldwell Banker franchise, which the company operated under until 2011. By 1990, they were Jackson County's #1 Real Estate Company and continue to be today. In 1998, the Stuckwish's purchased a Coldwell Banker office in Columbus, expanding their market area along the I-65 corridor of South Central Indiana. This growth led them to be recognized as one of the Nation's Top 500 Companies by REAL Trends. In May 2011, the company made a bold move changing to a Prudential Real Estate franchise, allowing them to offer great marketing and relocation services.
