BayState CrossFit

BayState CrossFit is a thriving community of fitness-minded people who enjoy living an active and healthy lifestyle. Our goal is to make your life better outside of the gym. Group fitness classes are lead by knowledgable, experienced and caring CrossFit "Coaches." Our training program combines elements of weightlifting, bodyweight exercises and metabolic conditioning, or "cardio". We offer a broad yet inclusive strength and conditioning program. We cover 10 different areas of physical fitness. These include cardiovascular endurance, stamina, speed, balance, agility, strength, coordination, power, flexibility, and agility. BayState CrossFit creates a different workout for you every day because we feel that routines are boring and don't lead to long term results. Our specialty is not specializing!
